Plus Render respects your professional work, artwork, and any other intellectual property shared with us, and will only use it to provide our services.
All copyrights remain the property of the client.
All information shared with us — including artwork, intellectual property, contact details, and project notes — is treated as strictly confidential.
Plus Render will never contact your clients or your clients’ clients. We fully respect your business relationships.
8. Rights to Project Imagery
When a project begins, all clients automatically receive one of the two rights options regarding the final visual materials:
Standard Image Rights
This is the default rights type for all Plus Render clients.
Plus Render reserves the right to use the final project images for marketing and promotional purposes, including (but not limited to):
social media posts, online and printed portfolios, blog articles, advertising materials, price lists, brochures, and website features.
This applies only to the final rendered visuals. We never disclose or publish any technical files, plans, or documents provided by the client.
Exclusive Image Rights
If you prefer your project visuals to remain entirely private, you can request an upgrade to Exclusive Image Rights.
Under this agreement, Plus Render waives all rights to use the visual content for its own promotional purposes.
